Administrator implemented the privacy policy for Ergowork based on safety of personal details and full security of IT system. In case of any breaking rule of personal safety security information, we are ready to react and know exactly how to proceed. A. Access to your personal information is strictly regulated and applies to Ergowork employers who were trained according to the privacy policy personal information system and signed the confidential agreement regarding to all necessary requirements.
B. We confirm that our IT Ergowork System works according to the required personal information security standard. A. Registration During the registration process we always ask you to provide personal details in order to create your own account on ERGOWORK website. Your details will be saved what helps you to safe your time for the future orders. Your own account gives you the possibility to follow the actual status of your orders and check the history of all purchasing transactions. All users can also update or delete their personal information from Ergowork.
During your registration process, we ask you to provide us following information:
1. First/Second name and Surname which are essential for sale and shipments documents.
2. Address (street; apartment/house no.; post code; city; country).
3. E-mail address – necessary in case of contact with our Export & Sales Department.
4. Phone/mobile number ( required from our logistic forwarders).
5. Company details – in case of invoices (name; full address; VAT identification number; contact person; telephone number).
Your personal details provided during the registration process are processing only by ERGOWORK and they are not using for any other purposes.
B. Placing an order In case of placing the order, please provide us your details which are required for this process. Please note that for the registered customers, the details shows automatically and they are the same as details already given us during your registration process.
Placing an order, we ask you to give us following information:
1. First name and Surname or Company name which are required for sale and shipments documents.
2. Address (street; apartment/house no.; post code; city; country) – necessary for issuing a freight bill.
3. E-mail address– in case of contact with our Export & Sales Department regarding your purchase order status etc.
4. Phone/mobile number – (required from our logistic forwarders).
If you would like we send your order using new address, different from your account, we kindly ask you to include following information:
1. First name and Surname or Company name - required for sale and shipments documents.
2. Address (street; apartment/house no.; post code; city; country) – necessary for issuing a freight bill.
3. E-mail address– in case of contact with our Export & Sales Department regarding your purchase order.
4. Phone/mobile number (required for our logistic forwarders).
If you require issuing the invoice on new payer / different from one you added on your account or different from the details you given us whilst placing the order, we kindly ask you to include following information:
1. First name and surname or company name - required for sale and shipments documents.
2. Address (street; apartment/house no.; post code; city; country) – necessary for issuing a freight bill.
3. VAT identification number.
Your personal information provided to us in case of placing the order is processed only by Ergowork and following holders and refers to:
1. Name and surname, address, phone number, e-mail – indicated as shipment details for the delivery note and freight bills documents which are given to Schenker Sp. z o.o.
2. E-mail address and order number.
Placing an order via Ergowork platform you agree with giving your order number and e-mail address to okazje.pl (on-line platform) with Headquarter in Lodz. Also you agree with the processing of your personal data by ERGOWORK and okazje.pl, so you can complete a questionnaire sharing with your opinion regarding your purchase transaction made on Ergowork on-line store. It is implemented under Reliable Opinions program (in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act dated 29/08/1997).
Choosing on-line payment method and using an external payment system, all details given for transaction will be registered only in database of payments system. They will not be processing for any other purposes and they will not be available or registered on Ergowork.
Ergowork cooperates with following payment service:

In case of choosing instalment plan, Ergowork Store will report your personal details only to the one, defined by you payment system (in case if the details do not pass automically on system’s website).
C. Newsletter subscription - keeping you informed about our products
We would like to tell you about the great offers and new products of the Ergowork from time to time that we think you might be interested in. If you wish to receive our newsletters, you can accept it during your registration process or during placing your order. Please only write your e-mail address, so our administrator will use it for marketing news. Also, being log into your account, you can resign from receiving this information by choosing proper link - newsletter subscription resignation.
